A decent Indian takeaway with quick delivery time.We did look to eat inside the restaurant once but the interior and exterior is really lacking any interior design or comfort. Having people queuing to order/pick up next to diners is a big no-no in such a small space. In need of some investment/development.

I've eaten Indian food in many different areas, obviously some are better than others. This is the third time I've had a takeaway and will be the last. The service was very good but food was poor quality and very bland everything seemed like it was cooked in the same dish because everything was virtually the same colour. Byriani was terrible and lamb madras not good, Pashwari nan flat as a pancake, poppadoms were ok. Never again sorry.

The food is absolutely delicious, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is top-notch.I have tried a variety of dishes from the menu, and I have been impressed with each one. The spices are perfectly balanced, and the flavors are simply amazing. I highly recommend the butter chicken, the chicken tikka masala, and the biryani.The ambiance of the restaurant is also very nice. The décor is elegant and sophisticated, and the lighting is soft and romantic. It is the perfect place to go for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.The service at the restaurant is also excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they are always happy to help you choose the perfect dish and wine.Overall, I highly recommend this Indian restaurant. I have been looking everywhere for a superb Indian restaurant in the Stevenage area, and at last have found one, Hurrah! - Codicote Spice is the one - it is outstanding. Beautifully cooked dishes with fresh ingredients and spices. Prompt, helpful and polite service. Thank you, Codicote Spice for a wonderful evening out.

My friends and I went last night for the Wednesday special and the food was amazing. Every dish was great. Definitely recommend this restaurant, also takeaway.
The food was OK but it was £56 and came in 1 small bag didn't seem like £56 worth of food.

Just ordered tikka tandoori, chaat puri & vindaloo with coconut/plain naan. Really confused what’s happened to this place, the food has significantly declined in terms of quality. The vindaloo was very bland, very little taste, watery and had the wrong spices. Tandoori chicken, basically small legs were pretty dry. Overall, after years of using you guys, we won’t be returning. You used to include a couple chocolates and hand wipes too, this might sound petty but little goodies like those do go along way. Please review your food, you can do better. We even tipped the driver.
