But sadly it's just so grubby dirty tables crumbs on floor and dirty broken seats yuk just looks knackered needs industrial cleaning regularly ! Toilets need a code ?

Monday to Friday I go to get a hot pastry from Greggs they are always cold and never anything hot . If your advertising hot food make sure there is some please Greggs standards to hitchin and Letchworth stores has dropped hugely. Big disappointment hopefully you can improve.

Disappointed Filthy tables had wipe with anti bac staff not interested Ended up taking lunch to eat outside Why isn't it cleaned can tell it is never daily cleaned let alone deep clean Bins for cups etc overflowing notice in mornings staff no using gloves to make bacon rolls etc taking money with same hands yuk However It's very well priced nice coffee as all greggs to take away but sitting in there no thx would be so easy to keep.it clean too
Star rating would be two and half but couldn't put that in .Coffee is food was ok but nothing special. The real let down was the tables hadn't been cleaned and the floor was sprinkled with crumbs.

Me and my friends were shouted at from across the store and told to "buy something or get out" when two of my friends were eating food they had bought in Gregg's, before we arrived. We tried to calmly explain this to the women, she said "yeah they're fine but you need to buy something or leave" in such a rude manner. UnacceptableRUDE!

I had the margarita pizza slice and within 3 hours was violently sick and continued to be for several hours. Reported to environmental health.
