Absolutely brilliant, can not fault the food or service at all. W have been several times in the last few weeks since we have moved to Codicote. Beautiful owners who are wonderful to chat with whilst we wait for our food. Just love it in here! Our cheat days from cooking are made so much better with Izgara just up the road from us.Thank you for being so awesome.

I have just had my first Doner kebab since the new owners took over. This is a honest review on the food. The pita bread was crispy and the texture was like it was stale. The Doner meat was the worst I have had. It was undercooked and was tasteless, the texture was like eating a cheap over processed slice of meat which after a few slices made me gag. The salad was ok. Sorry but I don’t think I will be using you again.

The donner meat is probably the worst I’ve ever had paper thin and always burnt I’ve given it another chance and honestly I’ve thrown the whole thing away . The salad was about as off as salad can get. Service is great but honestly cardboard in a box quite honestly there are 3000 places in Hertfordshire this place is cheaper and there’s a reason why.. this is the reason

Have used this place for years. Very good donner wraps, lots of meat and salad. Definitely worth the price but recently it’s been taken over by new people and we had a very poor experience. The wrap had hardly any meat or salad in it and the chips burnt through the polystyrene box. So plastic chips didn’t go down very well. Sadly this business won’t last if they cut the portions down so much and they seriously need to change their packaging.

I wouldn’t bother! Had a lamb doner and small chips takeaway Half cooked soggy chips. Just warm dried out lamb that wasn’t cut fresh. Very poor salad 1 bit of tomato, no cucumber, cold doughy pitta. Lamp doner should be relabelled as mixed meat scraps as it certainly isn’t pure lamb. Should have just had a bowl of cornflakes instead.

Shame they don't keep the precut donner meat hot twice now got the kebabs home only half a mile drive if that from the shop and they were stone cold just spoils what otherwise is a reasonable meal I like my kebab meat hot if I wanted cold meat and chips I'd have ham
Apparently this place takes orders till 10 on a Wednesday night. I phoned at 9.45 and they refused to answer the phone. Why do you lie, just tell ppl you refuse to answer to answer the phone after 9.30

1st visit since moving to the area.Friendly staff (even on hottest day ever!)Food tasty, well cooked & fair size portions. Chips were French fries style which are our favourite!Large dinner, small chicken shish (both with salad), small & a large chips, humus & 4 extra pitta, & a can of tango while we were waiting for just under £25, which is a good price. Card payment a welcome change for takeaways around here!Big menu of pizza, chicken, burgers & fish, & they deliver!Would recommend & will return! Thanks.
