Menus covered in food, staff ok, pizza arrived with no pizza wheel, and was told they were all in the wash when we asked for one. When we then asked if they could perhaps cut it for us they miraculously found a pizza wheel but by this time it was stone cold. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Very disappointed in the level of service last night. Ordered a pizza for a Saturday night in at 18:36. Order number 134156527: Initially had a delivery window between 19:15-19:30 which was moved to 19:50-20:10 as driver was not available. Continued to wait until after this time so decided to ring to see what was going on. No answer at all despite ringing numerous times. The delivery time was then updated again 20:45-21:05 2 and a half hours after ordering. When the order did arrive at 20:49 it was stone cold and the delivery receipt stated it was ready to collect at 19:38 so had been sitting for over an hour. I can understand some nights are busy which might lead to delays and not being able to help delivery drivers being late. But the App clearly states the Pizza will not be cooked until a delivery driver is ready. So no excuse for receiving cold Pizza couldn't call to complain on the night as phone lines was just going to answer machine. All in all not what I expect from an established brand and will never get a delivery again and would highly recomend other customers do not either. Better to eat inside what is a nice restraunt and normally good quality food.

In general, poor soggy pizza, over priced. Much better out there. Zizzi, the vic and Radcliff arms all are better.Avoid the halloumi bites, they seem like a cop out of the off cuts rather than a premium starter.

Myself and the wife have become quite fond of it here, tend to eat at the Hitchin restaurant quite regularly. Today we popped in for a late lunch.All staff on previous visits have been amazing. Sash who served us today and has done before was very polite and accommodating, great service. Excellent and tasty food as always, look forward to our next visit.
