Delivered early (not that it is a huge issue) and they sent a replacement pizza as an apology. Driver was fantastic too, good food and good people.

The delivery drivers lie about delivering your order, get argumentative and confrontational and hang up on you when you can prove they didn’t cos you have a ring doorbell, then to top their already shocking customer service off, they refuse your refund ? Would rather shot acid than order from here again. Avoid!

Ordered veggie supreme pizza. Worst pizza I’ve ever had . Hardly any veg full of burnt onions and very oily. Will never recommend anybody to order from here. Wasted my money £25.Vegetarian options: Not well mate. Hardly any veg of burnt onions. Very oily.

Not a good experiences at all, pizza had hardly no cheese, didn't taste great at all and was undercooked in places, best bit was the sweet chilli dip...won't be ordering from this pizza hut again!

Just ordered for family, cheese was non existent and where there was cheese it was rubbery. Garlic tear and share was undercooked as was the chicken strips. Fed up now, keep giving you chances: Yet when we used to go into a restaurant for the buffet it was so much nicer. Pizza gogo it is from now on

Am really angry as tonight I ordered a vegan vegetable supreme pizza from pizza Hut in Hitchin and they gave me the wrong order as when it was delivered it was a margarita instead. When I phoned up to complain the man was really unhelpful and refused to give me a refund. I spent £15 on this poxy pizza. Would never use Pizza Hut again, I wouldn't recommend it, I'll use domino's in future. Absolutely disgusted!!! Also because I don't like Margarita pizza and because I was so disappointed I had to order what I wanted again from another pizza place which cost me alot of money just on one meal.
