The owner of SFC is such a kind man when ever I go to town with my mates he always says hello and is really joyous ; I don’t think ever left SFC without receiving any free chicken the amount of food I get that I haven’t paid for is obsurd. SFC is my favourite place to eat in hitchin and there is no argument to be put up about it when I step inside I get treated like royalty. Also the main part the food , well the food is just astounding I love the chicken I’ve tryed a wide selection of meals off the menu and there has never been one where I thought that it wasn’t nice. Hitchin is slowly dying a lot of places shutting we’re just getting bombarded with charity shops and hairdressers but SFC and people like khan is what we need in this town hitchin.

I order a cheese burger and it was good but the chips were to salty and the chicken wings were so crunchy that I couldn't eat it

Greeted at my front door with the best customer experience I've ever witnessed. By the original owner/manager from over +15yrs ago. When I used to pop in there regulary when the Ivory nightclub was in existence. Great value for money, striking speed of service and superb customer service. Manager is a true Legend!...can't believe he's still going and quality is still on par.

Queued up for about 15 mins, was looking forward to eating chicken and chips, once I took a bite of the chicken it tasted off, plus slightly bloody.Did not have time to go back and complain.Food standards should go in and do a check, close it down and bring in a KFC to the town.
