We have never eaten 'in' here but have taken their cakes home, but we always have a coffee as soon as we get in town. Always clean and friendly.

Visited Feb2024 for an afternoon tea and cake.Broad range of teas and a broad range of cakes. Nice environment.Ideal location for people spotting, away from the excess bustle of the market square, but right on a main walk way to & from the market square.

Delicious cakes and a wide selection of teas. I will definitely try to come back to try out the menu.

Stumbled upon this place whilst having a mooch around Hitchin. None of the Hitchin food places were tickling our taste buds (?) until we found this gem. A cosy establishment, serving fab coffee (the mochas are lovely), and a veggie brekkie which really hit the spot. The service is great too! This is my new 'go to' place when out 'n' about in Hitchin.

Perfect example of modern British café. Lots of nice cake, good sarnies, quirky building, nice people. Imagine a world where we had more of these and fewer Costa/Starbucks/<insert other chain> slurping up profits to tax havens.Vegetarian options: It's a caff so don't expect haute cuisine but on the breakfast menu there is a veggie bap, eggs with avocado, full veggie breakfast, omelettes, pancakes and beans on toast.Kid-friendliness: Nice vibe, not posh, no need to worry about the kids trashing stuff

£10 for a jacket with cheese and beans and side salad, with a sprite, to take away. Would just about be ok if the actual jacket potato was delicious, but it was not. Was very hard and rushed, because it took 20 minutes of the 30 minutes I had to order, prepare and take away. Will not be going again.

First time here and just stumbled across them whilst waiting for a nearby business to open. Excellent all round. Though only had time for a quick cup of tea, was scalding hot so could only drink half sadly before having to leave for my appointment. But none the less an extremely perfect cup of tea with a sweet pot of milk on the side, even a little pot to put the teabag in, and all served with a surprise biscuit. Superb hopefully next time will have more time to savour it all properly. Well recommended.

Kam and the team provided an excellent finger buffet for my father-in-law's 100th birthday last Sunday. It was very fresh, well presented and delivered on time to the hall. Thank you also toShirley for good communication throughout. Thank you
