Ordered really mediocre food tonight. Really peed off that my diet Coke turned up split inside the carrier bag and therefore half empty (and went over my sofa!!!!). I phoned up to tell them and ask for another one and he asked me “are you sure?!”…. No I just thought I’d try my luck for a free coke?! So basically calling me a liar. Still waiting for my coke now and it’s 0100 so something tells me I’m not getting it!*edit a few weeks later* nope didn’t get my coke and I won’t be using them again either!

This food was absolutely disgusting, when I called up to say that my spaghetti bolognaise had no mice on just burnt cheese and that the pasta tasted re-heated,he laughed and said that’s because it is, he told me that the boss would ring me and I didn’t get a phone call back till 7:30 the next night, I told him about the issue and that the customer service was appalling and then I was having a discussion with him about the food because I wasn’t happy that they are selling RE-HEATED PASTA to the public and he said that how our company sell it to us he then said I can have £5 back I said no because I’m not going to order from you again and he told me I can go and pick it up, I am not going to pick up anything as it’s there mistake not mine, he then ended the phone on me.

Used to order from Pindar road all in one and when it changed to rye road it wasn’t half as good . Two years later I ordered again to give it another go - bland , cheap meat and little of it , processed and possibly microwaved , spicy beef had no spice , plus much more expensive . Won’t be ordering again I am sorry to say .

Very disappointing. This is what they call a pepperoni pizza. They would admit they made a mistake because it had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it.
The service is terrible.They never keep to the delivery time (add another 30 to 40 minutes). The pizza is not worth all the problems and the waiting.
