Had to return first plate as cold Beans and poached eggs on toast, then find no knives Left to eat with a fork and hands, what a joke, told they are being washed, 20 minutes later clean ones appear, will never eat there again!

Food ok for what you pay but if your not a friend of staff or staff be prepared to wait for slow rude staff to plonk your food on the table moaning to other members of staff about how bad their job is !!!!Management not available to deal with complaint of under cooked food either !Staff didn’t care or apologise in any way just said they were busy and these things happenNo alternative offeredLeft food on table and won’t be returning

Ate in this establishment about 2 years ago and said never again! Recently thought it can only have got better.....WRONG! Full English, rock hard stone cold fried egg, cold beans, cold hash browns, half a dried up tomato, sausages were cold, but to be fair cold sausages are ok, but not in a fried breakfast! Spreadable Lurpak should have read pourable as it was about the only thing that was hot!

This has to be the worst place I've ever encountered to have a breakfast no wonder it was empty.firstly the staff member we encountered looked like he had been sleeping rough for a month.the coffee was stone cold as was the breakfast.it looked like yesterday's leftovers we left most of it for feat of food poisoning and I left angry,I never address anything when I'm angry.so I contacted Morrison complaints department asking for a full refund.none I would strongly advise anyone from entering and eating should be up for trades discription "freshly cooked warm inviting atmosphere"what a joke.

Went with a friend we ordered the big breakfast had to wait 10 minutes to get a clean cup to have our tea with then waited almost 45 minutes for the food to arrive other people who came in after us were being served before us then when the food did turn up it was not worth the money half rasher of bacon hard fried egg uncooked tomato more juice than beans even the butter for the toast had melted as they put it in with the hot toast when we complained about the length of time that we had waited was told there are only 3 people in the kitchen it was not even busy. Not worth any stars

2 days in a row I had latte from the Morrisons cafe. Both times for 1 latte had to wait several minutes, although it wasn't busy at all, I was the only one in queue. Had almond latte. The coffee was over roasted, you could tell by the smell that was burnt, and the milk was so hot that I could touch the drink for 10 min. Absurd. I think the barista you have there has no ideea how to do coffee.Very disappointed!Parking: At least you have 3h car park since the coffee sucks.

Went here with my elderly mum yesterday,No idea about allergies at all,the man on the till had no interest in finding me anything because he was on his phone at the same time as talking to me.I know porridge is ok,so asked for that, the reply we haven't had porridge for ages, okay can I have soup without the roll,we haven't had soup for ages, will have a jacket potato then.grunt.(fro him) the smiling lady brought two cold jacket potatoes to our table, which we ate due to time constraint. never again

I was excited about make your own pizza at the pizza counter. I need gluten free and knowing that it’s not something that is always available I called the customer service line and asked for them to check if there was availability at this specific store that is still 30 min drive for me, first I was told that vegan toppings are available ?, I specified (again) that it was gluten free I was after, the customer service put me on hold to contact the store. I was told that yes it was available. So I drove there only to get to the counter and have the attendant telling me that there was no gluten free bases available and no one asked her. I lost time and petrol for nothing. Why did this happen? Morrisons you tell me.

Three times I’ve been into the Restaurant (??!) this week & on every occasion something was broken/ not working, on two occasions I walked out, but today Saturday on their busiest day it was the Till not working !! So we were all unceremoniously told to order from the self service checkout by some imbecile of a boy with his hair in a top knot who looked like he didn’t have the intelligence to walk and breath at the same time let alone work behind the counter dealing with customers!! Some of these customers were elderly and had never ordered in this way before, but there was no member of staff assisting these people, it was left to the next person in the queue !!, so you imagine the length of the queue !. When I eventually got my breakfast it was ok, but not hot, I couldn’t be bothered to waste any more time by sending it back as the queue was even longer !! Management need to review the practices here as your losing customers although I doubt very much if they care or even read these reviews!!!

Visited the Brew again to see if any improvement and sadly no. The elderly lady serving was all on her own and so slow. The backlog for drinks was ridiculous. Waited about 20 mins. Some people gave up. Lady was cheerful at least bit why is she on her own? Shame because the cakes look nice and it's a nice setting but think ive given up now.

Slow slow service, 30 minutes plus for a toasted cheese sandwich when they were not busy. Clearly short of staff. We prefer Brew at the other end of the store but this was closed due to... yes shortage of staff.Management don't seem to care!
