Ordered for delivery. Was given the wrong filling in my sandwich, and missing dips that were ordered too. They called me after I paid to tell me that the bread I wanted was out of stock. Poor experience

Absolutely shocking, been a couple of times now and every time they’ve made a mistake in my order, this time the worse, was asked what sauce I’d like with my nacho chicken bites and was given the wrong sauce that was some sort of extra spicey chillie sauce!!! Arrived 2 and a half hours late after being told it was already delivered and clearly had been delivered to the wrong address. customer service over the phone kept telling me I must be mistaken. evenutally are a long conversation they did offer redelivery which they said would take 20 minutes then took another 40 minutes to turn up and when it did the food was cold & the delivery driver admitted she took it to the wrong address first time around. not happy at all & rubbish customer service. definitely will not be using again.

Best Subway I've been to! All staff are lovely and friendly. Great service all the time and they really look after their customers! Sitting area (floors /tables) are always clean. Definitely recommend ?? Thank you!

Really helpful staff. I managed to drop my salad immediately after paying for it. The worst part was, it was so well made! Staff were kind enough to make me a replacement. Thank you subway Hoddesdon!

Pretty poggers meal. I dabbed 10 times after I had curry in my chicken tikka sandwich.Edit: I just ate a steak and cheese and i found some tasty sweetcorn. Subway just getting better and better

The staff are very friendly. They also are very good with hygiene, changing gloves for salad. Food was tip top alsoUpdate:Really sad but I went here last week and ordered one veg and non veg sub, the server touched the ham then with the same gloves picked up the cheese and then those same gloves the salad. Not great for vegetarians or vegans.Let's hope they sort this out and respect people with special dietary requirements.

when you pay £10 for essentially an expensive sandwich you do not expect to be sick because they put in ingredients you are allergic to like jalopenos and chilli - or a so what response from the manager when you call up...

Really enjoyed my visit to this subway. Very cozy and quiet just how I like it! I guess it's because it's midweek and most people are at work.. Lovely and friendly staff. Looking forward to come here again x thank you!

Only the white bread options available at peak time, would expect at least 1 of the brown options but other than that good service and friendly staff
