During our three-night stay in a family room over New Year's, we found the rooms to be simple yet reasonably priced. The staff members were consistently helpful and delightful, contributing to a positive working culture. Even during check-in, a cleaner went out of her way to assist us with our numerous bags. Thanks

Room was very damp with no air flow. Use the shower and it turns into a tropical rain forest. Room was also very hot in the night with thick condensation on the window. Hair dryer was not PAT tested and only worked in a certain position. You could hear the room above talking and snoring. The camp bed for our youngest was like a wooden board so unusable. Extremely tired hotel. Breakfast was good even though the floor was sticky. Proximity to Harry Potter studio is the only thing going for it really. Good staff but the build lets them down.

A fairly standard Premier Inn. Clean, comfortable and what you need for a low budget stay away.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.Breakfast room in property but no evening meal. Restaurant next door had limited vegetarian options.Rooms: Clean rooms but hallway needed a vacuuming

Great staff, good restaurant and rooms are exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn.

Room was clean but the bathroom had a mouldy smell. Comfortable stay.

Room was clean, albeit cold as the window had been left open. Shower wasn't great, took ages to get hot and wasn't very powerful. Nice place and breakfast was very nice.

It is a really good hotel. Room was very clean, was well furnished, with easy chair, desk with chair, very, very comfortable bed, with nice white bedding, bedside tables, small hanging space but coat hooks on the wall. Lovely spacious shower in a very clean bathroom. Good choices for breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Room was ok although carpet was badly stained! The bed! The sheet was too short for the mattress and the Mattress cover was extremely uncomfortable with a thick lumpy sharp zip down the centre! All night I tried to avoid it as it was also sharp.worse nights rest I’ve ever had in a premier inn hotel. The tap in the basin angled outwards and covered my clothing in water and the bathroom floor!Food & drinks: Nice restaurant close by.. had a lovely meal

Did not sleep at all due to road noise and because we could not shut our window it was jammed open also no air conditioning room very hot this is the only reason I would not stay here again. The room and hotel itself was excellent very clean also breakfast was great and the staff are all friendly and helpful next time we will go to hemel Hempstead as they have air conditioning. Update because we could not close our window and did not sleep well Premier Inn have since refunded our room only price which was more than acceptable.Rooms: Only downside no air con can be hot in the summer and you would not want your window open at night as the road noise is quite loudNearby activities: Good location for Warner bros Harry Potter tourSafety: Felt very safeFood & drinks: Great breakfast plenty to chose from very fresh and tastyNoteworthy details: Very easy to park and lovely miller and carter steakhouse next door

Premier Inn is fairly basic, but this venue does everything it should, really well. Entry signage is easy to miss, as the "Miller and Carter" signage ( adjacent) rather over shadows the PI sign, hidden behind bushes when approaching from the M25. Ample free parking on site; welcoming staff at Reception; clean and comfortable room with excellent TV. Everything worked: lights, TV, shower, extractor. Some evidence of wall repainting ( not very well finished) and a window that opens! Good tea/ coffee making facilities in the room with ample top-up supplies downstairs, inc. fresh fruit juice. REALLY nice small breakfast restaurant downstairs: the quality of service, attention to detail and food prep was frankly well above average. Good GF food prep procedures. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money, especially if booked in advance. Recommended because it does " just what it says on the tin", but really well, thanks to the staff.

A lovely clean room, I think it needs an update by taking the bath out and replacing with a shower cubicle as the bath is very high. Also the rooms are very warm and really need air conditioning, even though a fan is provided it is of little use. Miller Carter steak house is on the grounds and highly recommendedRooms: Need air conditioning

If you are thinking of booking a room you need to check with the Premier Inn that the parking is free. I understand a charge of £5.00 is to be charged for an overnight stay but the web site still says Free Parking.
