Used to be great until they got this new guy working nights. Has no idea what he's doing and worst attitude. About 4 cars worth of people waiting for 15mins he was no where to be seen. Happens everytime and he finds any excuse not to get what you asked for. You used to have a great guy for years but this tosser made sure I won't come back again.

Another good Shell EV Recharge Station. No queing at 7am weekday. Straight on, fast 20 minutes charge. One CCS connector. Grab a costa coffee whilst recharging. Good location, just 5 minutes from Junction 19 M25.

Terrible service from the woman working the register mid afternoon Monday the 19th of June. I was picking up drinks for a TV crew shooting in the area for a US production company, and had asked for an empty box to put all the drinks in as they had numerous empty boxes laying around. She said we have none and could not get someone to get a box. I then asked for a manager. She refused to get someone in charge when I asked to speak to a manager, she stated no-one was there when I could clearly see two other people working. I yelled out to the other employees in the back and they came forward, provided me with a box and I went on my merry way. Customer service was extremely poor for something as dumb as re-purposing a piece of garbage to help a customer out. Why the blatant lie over a box?
