On road parking in the evenings is unrestricted making accessibility to this little gem easy.
It’s a little, pretty, restaurant with few tables. It’s a limited menu but food done to a good standard.
The service was brilliant, all the girls are super attentive.
We both had the soft shell crab. It was mainly batter, and the main body of the crab wasn’t a soft enough shell to eat.
For mains we had the duck with dauphinoise potatoes and creamed veg and the steak. The steak was so tender that you could have cut it with a butter knife.
Dessert of espresso crèmè brulèe and sticky toffee pudding were both delicious.
The free drink for our special occasion was a nice touch.
Three courses each for approx £140.
