We booked for a one night stay for my birthday as we have on previous years and the hotel excels on service and quality of food. The room & bed were very comfortable with a decent style.The hotel staff are very friendly giving a very professional service, we will be booking another trip to the hotel this year. Thanks to the staff again.Rooms: Everything work in the room and the bed was of a high quality.Food & drinks: The food & drinks are very good. I had a quality Red Thai Curry and my wife a homemade Chicken Kiev with a accompanying salad.

Had a suite ,for my Partner 's 70th birthday. Was amazing, just a few little points that let it down ,1 need toilet roll holder, 2 need loo brush, 3 nowhere in shower to put shower gel on, just little things apart from that was a great stay and will definitely come again , had lunch in the bar yesterday well nice staff nice and very helpful.

Fabulous location, close to the motorway. Warm welcome on arrival. Friendly, helpful staff. Large bar and seating area, ideal for a social gathering. Good food served in Lyttons Restaurant. I chose a small and cozy bedroom and it was larger than I was expecting. Nice room but could do with modernising. Good shower in room but again, could do with modernising.

Charged me for 3 breakfasts that were included in the 3 rooms. No one will help despite calls and emails of proof to get me the payment back. Now passed to Bank. I booked 3 rooms per weekend over 2 weekends. We have plenty more work nearby. We will stay elsewhere.

We stayed one night and arrived late in the night, the service was really friendly and helpful even at a late hour and the room was clean, comfortable and warm.Checkout times are really generous and breakfast was lovely, we had a buffet full English and it was good quality & lovely service!Will 100% stay again.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay, we were there for a party which was very good. The room was large and spacious and very warm. We used the health facilities and apart from cold showers all was good. The breakfast was all you can eat with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly. I would stay again.Rooms: Large and spacious with ensuite, shower was good and had a bath.
