Lovely hotel, nice and clean, good size rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly, nothing a problem.Fantastic buffet breakfast, so nice we had a second go!Would stay again and thoroughly recommended.
Very badly signposted.Nice and friendly staff but no assistance offered even though it was clear I had mobility issues and stairs steep and narrow.Rooms OK but old and need refreshing.Bar meals and breakfast very good.Rooms: Old and dated.Nearby activities: Golf.Health club with poolWalkability: 15 minute walk to village with two great pubs but no shops.Not walkable to Letchworth Town.

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay, we were there for a party which was very good. The room was large and spacious and very warm. We used the health facilities and apart from cold showers all was good. The breakfast was all you can eat with plenty of choice and the staff were friendly. I would stay again.Rooms: Large and spacious with ensuite, shower was good and had a bath.
