I must admit the staff are lovely and the service is not too bad but the food and the portions are very poor, I got a breakfast from there, the bacon was burnt, the beans where disgusting, and funny colour, and not much of it, they need to improve on the food

What a terrible place .There were no clear tables Nobody had cleared or washed them.It wasn't busy but it took 15mins to make and serve a toasted sandwich.The coffee machine wasn't working so we were allowed to make an complimentary instant coffee .At least that was quick.There were at least 4 staff so no excuse for not clearing and cleaning tabled.

On visiting letchworth Morrisons today for some shopping and to have a breakfast in the cafe with my wife...the trays were covered in water had to wipe it dry looked very grubby too..the coffee machine didnt work and they had no cups so we was told to use paper ones..?we tried to pick a table that was clean but couldn't the table we sat at was filthy and food all over the floor and chair I had to clean it myself as no staff was cleaning them I did ask and it was half wiped so I finished cleaning it the food around the table was never touched...when we got our breakfasts I then noticed I had no egg that I had ordered..?when the egg arrived I then had a stone cold breakfast as it wasn't very hot when I first received it My wife and i both felt disgusted as we often have breakfast in wgc Morrisons and it is always clean and welcoming we wont be having breakfast in letchworth no more very poor as a cafe goes..

If I could give 0 star I would. The worst service ever. Staff are slow, dont care and dont listen. All i wanted was a ham and cheese sandwich takeaway. It took 20 minutes and there was no communication to the kitchen that i wanted it takeaway. No cutlery or cups for other customers. Absolutely horrendous, first and last visit.

You know what you're going to get here, it's cheap so don't expect much. The breakfasts were almost cold, I told the waitress and was told it was because the plates were still waiting on the toast before being brought out. I suggested the toast be put on first next time. It's not very nice food to be fair. The tea was ok, nice and hot too. About £14 for two breakfasts and two pots of tea but not a pleasant experience.

We arrived at 12.30 today Sunday and was told by staff immediately no service until 1pm, we were horrified. So came back at 1pm and asked for two roast dinners. Well, they arrived with no Yorkshire puds, which we had to ask for and no sauces of anything in the place like letup, hp, mustard, etc.The meal was cold with no flavour. The roast beef was wafer thin, mash potato was instant, roast potatoes were frozen, carrots had a slight flavour. We both reached the conclusion never to have a roast dinner here again!
Staff were rude, and insulting while buying food, then accussed me of stealing a drink that we'd paid for. No apologies just more attitude. Food came out both cold and over cooked and was bland and missing extras that were ordered and charged for. Side were brought out after meal was finished. Tables were grubby and even once asked if table could be wiped it was still dirty. Poor quality food and poor service if you want bad food and to be directly insulted by staff then this is the place for you. Would be 0 stars if that was an option. Will never come again.

The people complaining are crazy! The food here cost very little, so I don’t know why people are expecting a fine dining restaurant! The staff are attentive and the food is always very quick and extremely delicious! Love the breakfast and the rest of the food is always great! Will definitely be back again soon.

Totally awful food packet mashed potato. Overcooked frozen vegetables, packet frozen foods served as fresh ,cutlery was filthy, service staff rude, and argued repeatedly with myself and my dining partner about what we had ordered. No horseradish. Charged for sachets of sauces. Dessert also microwaved, not nice, undercooked . Please find somewhere else until the standard's improve
