We arrived at 12.30 today Sunday and was told by staff immediately no service until 1pm, we were horrified. So came back at 1pm and asked for two roast dinners. Well, they arrived with no Yorkshire puds, which we had to ask for and no sauces of anything in the place like letup, hp, mustard, etc.The meal was cold with no flavour. The people complaining are crazy! The food here cost very little, so I don’t know why people are expecting a fine dining restaurant! The staff are attentive and the food is always very quick and extremely delicious! Love the breakfast and the rest of the food is always great! Will definitely be back again soon.

Unfortunately the standard of the Cafe is going downhill with cleanliness and hygiene as well as COVID safety.1) prices too much and low quality2) preparation of food negative.Food been cold or overcooked/undercooked3)untidy around,tables unclean,no sugar suchets instead dirty sugar bowlCoffee substandard and out of machine but overcharged at £ 1.95No ketchup or other suchets instead a used bottle been handled by multiple customersPlease address this issues
