“Ordered my coffee with cream but they couldn't put cream on top for deliveries which is understandable. Anyway instead of just not giving me cream (like some places would) They put it in a cup and even gave me a wee spoon. They wrote on the bag explaining why they couldn't with a little " :( " and it was so sweet. I was having a rough morning but this little bit of extra effort has gone such a long way. Its the little things x”
