This is my local coffee place so can safely say I’ve visited probably well over 100 times ?I always find a space to sit and do some work, the coffee is always top notch- plus the app is very generous. Combined with the Vitality + M&S app you can accrue a bunch of free coffees every month.As it’s opposite the station it’s very convenient for a pick up and go - again you can use the app to preorder and so long as you give them 5-10 mins it’ll be ready.The staff are always friendly to me / even though they must have seen my kids and dog many times before, they always smile and ask how they are.Keep up the great work Cafe Nero ?

I love this place, I am pretty often coming in. I was served by Raluca, Dane, Alina & Amy. They are all so courteous, friendly, professional, caring, attentive, funny, patient, hard working the best baristas. They are always smiling to customers, make a great atmosphere. All of them know how to bake a pastry and it's such a pleasure to eat them being on a diet. I cannot say who of them is better because they treat customers as they want to be treated. Coffee tastes better because is served with passion.When I order my usual coconut chai latte with cinnamon on top that drink make my day. Perfect temperature, not too frothy, not too waterly.. What I can say I can make a comment pretty often as I'm so happy with a customer service. The business would gone down without them.Customers should appreciate hard working Staff every day. They are doing hot beverages very fast with care and taste. The quality of the coffee beans is first class. They are masters. They know how to deal in rush hour. Team work.Raluca, Alina, Amy and Dane should wear a badge for winning a coffee making competition in daily basis.Kid-friendliness: My Daughter literally loves Raluca. She's so friendly and helpful. As my child only knows her she tends to come and speak to her.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an easy access for vulnerable people, no stairs.

Went this morning (11am on 27/10) to grab a bite and a coffee to take away before catching the bus. The guy who helped ring me up and warm my food was so kind and tried to get my food warmed up quickly so I didn’t miss my bus. Thank you!! ?

Tables are filthy inside and out .Asked to be wiped and told spray and paper over there.Also toilet pan dirty .Do staff not clear tables and wipe clean now !!
