I cane in today at 5.20pm to get a coffee and the lady was on the phone sitting at the computer in the seated area and she told me it was closed but it was open until 6 pm. I am disgusted!

Went for a coffee at 20 to five. The staff was hiding in the back room, after a few minutes one staff came and said "sorry we are closed" and I replied, no worries and walked off. Just checked the Google closing times and was open till five. Disgusting service. They was open and the staff just didn't want to serve.

Nice Costa located inside of Tesco, staff was welcoming at time of my visit, staff even bought the coffee at my table where I was sitting as it was a bit busy
