Went in on Saturday no rolls or sandwiches on display, asked if they had a tuna roll, came out saying nothing ready, asked if they had a cheese roll, started mumbling. Just walked out of the branch. I get the impression that it’s too much energy trying to serve a customer.

My wife needed to purchase train tickets from Potters Bar train station this morning, (Friday 30th June) I said that I would buy each of us a cup of coffee and doughnut while she walked the rest of the way to collect them. My mobility is limited as a result of a road traffic accident and use a stick for an aid. A young lady who wore a name badge (Charlotte) asked me if I was eating in or taking home?I pointed to the tables outside and indicated my intention to use one of them. Without any fuss she volunteered to carry my purchase to the table. I commend your staff member, the quality of service and product. Well done!

no breakfast rolls at 9 AM, on tuesday??whaat??? are you joking??can you just count your stock every day? and update the system?sooo disappointing.3 womens, including the manager were serving in the morning.sandwiches not ready, everything is sticky and dirty, breakfast rolls are missing. hope they will get an audit soon. they really need one.

Most items are available, including vegetatian option. Vegan hot food were available and hot. Friendly staff and good service. Located on the High road, parking can be a little difficult.

Never seen such lazy and rude workers . Every time I go there even if there is a queue they never manage to put some croissants in. If I waited in the back of the line for 10Minutes and there was no croissants in the display you gotta go to the top of the line to order some after waiting 10 minutes and ask them to cook some when you should already done that. I understand is busy but as a manager ask a college to do so. The stuff are so lazy they don’t even greet you and when you order you feel like you just insulted them because they seem so unhappy. I would honestly work there for free for a couple of days just to teach them good customer service . I’ve worked in the food industry a long time and never have I ever seen anything like it with the way I treated people or the staff I work with. You should always be polite and kind and be happy with the job you are doing and also have common sense of you see something is finishing top it up! Specially if it’s busy
