If you enjoy a rude, patronising and 1950's misogynistic attitude from management and staff then this is the restaurant of choice for you.Also ideal for the more discerning rat spotter as it gives you something to occupy your time in the drive thru que when bored with "i spy".Enjoy the mystery of never knowing what will be missing from your order and the ensuing joy of being interrogated by staff on the presumption that you are scamming them out of some tepid fries or sub standard menu items.Overall joyful excursion to be had by all of if you enjoy poor service, zero customer skills and local vermin spotting!Parking: Awful.

We ordered 22 sauces and they gave us 24, also asked for extra pickles and i got plenty. would recommend. such a slay x

Read some of the reviews and thought I went to the wrong place,rude staff member who kept talking over you while trying to give her your order,she said next window to pay I said can you read my order back to me please,totally wrong and arseways,why don't these people just listen when you give them an order,on top of that stopped 2mins away around the corner and literally all of our food was stone cold,I was heading right back to outlet but my wife said no,let's just go home,never using this place again total waste of your money,no more would rather drive further afield and get a decent mcDs,this is what happens when you franchise out a brand name,you are not getting the quality,potters barMcDs is a joke and run by idiots.

Been using this branch for many years but after the customer service today I will not be retuning, ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a caramel frappe for myself went to the second window to collect and saw the frappe had barley any caramel on it to be accurate 3 very thin strips so I asked if some caramel could be added to which I received a dirty look then when I was handed it back was told if you want caramel sauce on your frappe you need to tell them at the first window so we can charge you more, bearing in mind that I ordered and paided for a caramel frappe anyway and I attitude of the sever was extremely poor.

Truly awful misogynistic, patronising and rude management and staff! Incorrect fulfilling of orders on a routine basis followed by an interrogation that you are trying to scam them out of some tepid food or sub standard menu items. Zero parking and a rat infested drive thru area. On the whole a total joke and would recommend you go to London Colney instead.

Food is always cold and stale feels like it’s been sat around - asked for no pickles in burger and they ignored it. Good job I’m not allergic!!!

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to. I used the app which was really slow, the restaurant was a bit smaller than I thought, the drive thru seemed busy but I ordered inside, they also gave me a rich tomato dip rather than the BBQ sauce, a bunch of screaming kids next to me were playing the McDonald's dobble game and all the chairs and tables were wet!. It seems like you're trying to convey that these days, it's difficult to take your kids to McDonald's for a meal because there are large groups of Uber, Drileroo, and other motorcycle riders who take up all the seating with their helmets and bike gear.

This is the fourth time in less than a month where my food has not been prepared as ordered. I use the drive-thru service regularly and have had this issue before. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and in return received a normal quarter pounder and small fries having paid for the doubles quarter pounder large meal. Normally I'd check my order but was driving so couldn't. Last time they managed to get our breakfasts wrong even though we paid for a customised order. I have sat in this branch and I often have to go back and get items left off my original orders. It is getting quite annoying now! Only postive is that the cleaning ladies are fantastic, very polite and curtious. Will be checking my food at the drive thru paying window in future before driving off. Shame really as this will cause delays both to myself and to the fast food service.
