Drink at your peril!! Staff scratch heads wipes their faces and push rubbish down in bins and never wash their hads. Ask what food rating they were no one knew. Rubbish a over the floors counters dirty sugar stations empty. I sat and watched fir over 3 hours. Only now have a few tables been wiped. Cup lids dropped on floor picked up and used. What a mess!!!

Got here at 7:48pm and parked outside, got told I can’t go inside and it’s drive through only, so I jumped back in my car and there was a cone in the drive through, I pulled back up and asked if they was closed and they said yes we closed at 7:50pmOn the website it says they close at 10pm….

Absolutely disgusted service had to have downloaded the app to order a drink the young girl was being difficult speaking to staff saying “don’t give in to her”

All the facilities you'd usually expect from a Starbucks.Has ample parking and a drive thru also. Located a stone's throw off the M25 it's easy to get in, out and back on your way if you want to stop for a quick coffee.

I went to the drive thru and only got a coffee, but it was a good coffee. My current fav, a white choc mocha. I was introduced by a friend and its a sweet pick me up for a challenging day.

Dog friendly and within easy distance of caravan parking is the main reason for stopping here. Shame you have to pay over the odds because it's a service area.

Slow service considering I was the only customer ordering and there were 3 baristas on staff. They were all chatting and the wait was awkward.

Used the drive-through to order drinks. Queue went down quickly. Quick service. The server asked if I wanted to use my reward points against a drink which I appreciated. However what would have been £8 for two drinks is quite expensive.Parking: Service station had plenty of available parking

It’s a shame Sam only works there at weekends. He is by far the best barista I have ever come across. Always greets customers with a smile and takes pride in what he does. He definitely deserves a bonus. Thank you Sam! :))

Very disappointed. I thought you could rely on a big name like Starbucks but the croissants were dreadful, mass produced, cold, a million miles from what you'd expect in France.Together with a very mediocre cappuccino and dirty milk service area, I certainly won't go back.£12.90 for 2 coffees and 2 croissants ... appalling amount for the quality they produce

Love this Starbucks.It's in South Mimms Services on the M25 but it's seperate from the main services so not as busy.It has a toilet so theres no need to visit the main services building.
