Extremely poor service. I am profoundly deaf and rely on lipreading. Couldn't see the server speaking behind the counter. I asked her to move so I could see what she was saying but she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored me.

I will never but never go back, lousy service, there were no peppers or lettuce, the girl was not friendly, she was rude, it seems that she had not had a customer service course, they should change the staff, or train them, dirty place, dirty tables, the floor dirty, the girl horrible presentation. I don't recommend this place at all, yuck.

Customer service was terrible. the girl that works there can understand simple instructions idk how she got the job its not like it was busy I was the only one on both occasions or a complicated order I don't usually post reviews about specific staff members but it's the scoend time now and I'm clearly not the only one that has had a similar complaint my advice to the owner is to re train her or put her with another staff member.

I have never known such poor service in any context.There are only so many times one can ask for a 6 inch tuna and a foot long BMT, both on the same type of bread, before you've got to cut your losses and walk out.

I ordered the footlong Vegan Patty, after asking for it to be toasted, it was microwaved instead which left the middle cold, then as I go to eat my sandwich i realized the sandwich wasn't cut in two.Before I teared it I also realized that most of the topping and sauce had fallen out (I went to eat 2 mins after serving at a walking pace, no reason for toppings to fall out)Finally after trying to eat it the best I could and replacing the ingredients by hand which is a messy affair, there were no napkins.Service was nice enough but damn that was the poorest subway experience I've ever had.

Subway is great but please serve food that is meant to be hot, hot!!! Its so infuriating when you buy food that is luke warm or blatantly cold. Had a 2 x meatball marina where both the meat balls were stone cold. Only realised when we went home. So only 4 stars out of 5!
