Dirty & disgusting and that’s coz they allow people to bring in pets. Staff aren’t bothered as they know any effort to clean would be a waste of time & effort. Should be replaced by a cleaner human friendly cafe.

At Caffè Nero Rickmansworth my drink is never accurately made - based on the description on the board and when I ask for the missing ingredients to be added, I get a look of disgust like I’m a total inconvenience and the correct drink is slammed onto the counter in disgust. After all if I’m paying for a drink as described, I think I’m entitled to it as described? The Caffe itself can be quite busy which is not an issue in itself but the staff rarely get the chance to tidy up or wipe the tables. Expect to have to do that yourself. What’s interesting is that Caffè Nero don’t have a feedback function on their www. Missing a trick or just not interested?

First visit in some time and sadly more unclean and dirty than ever.Every table covered in dirty crockery, crumbs, food, dirt and floor beneath filthy with dropped crumbs, other food and rubbish!Meantime, staff standing around chatting when no customers at till, instead of clearing up! When one of them did eventually deign to clear the dirty crockery, not one table was wiped clean. Toilets were, as before, in a dirty state and no loo roll! All around tired atmosphere. So disappointing. Won’t be returning, unless they improve.Costa across the road much better all around - good service, tables cleared and cleaned regularly and good atmosphere.

Disgusting. The operating hours are not respected. At least ten people wanted to enter at nine o'clock on Sunday, but the staff turned them away saying they wanted to open at half past nine.?

best place to get a good coffee and a sandwich….loads of options… i’m driving around m25 and this shop is literally 5 min from exit … never missed ☀️?☕️…. staff very friendly and polite.

This is an excellent Caffe Nero where the baristas know what they're doing and the service is always exceptional. Wouldn't go elsewhere in Ricky town centre!
