If 0 stars was an option, I would pick it. Me and my friends came in to socialise. when we were sat there this week. An incredibly rude employee cane up to us and told us to leave and never come back because we were taking up tables for valuable customers. i felt like i was a child getting a telling off and i will never take my valuable business to costa from now on. i will go to caffe nero. very dissapointed as i have gone to costa fir years and none of my family will gi there from now on.

Really poor customer service at Costa, Rickmansworth High StreetThis incident occurred in the Rickmansworth high street branch where one of their employees launched a verbal assault on a single mother and her friend who were both there with very young children.The police are currently pursuing a Public Order Offence.My friend visited the Rickmansworth branch with another friend and their young children. Once they found a space for all to sit together and out of the heavy rain, they went to order. She was met by total hostility, the barista started ranting to her saying that it was unacceptable that she had walked in with a “Starbucks coffee” and he refused to serve her. The cup was actually filled with water as her baby had thrown her beaker on the floor. Also, they were queuing to order drinks and food for all of them from Costa.She explained that it made no economical sense to forgo the sale of three coffees and food for the sake of one small cup of water for her baby from a branded cup, which clearly made him angrier!The barista aggressively chased them to the end of the counter and in an effort to intimidate, continued to shout profanity within earshot of the whole shop and young children.Ironically after being chased out of Costa, they were all welcomed into the Starbucks branch and had a lovely lunch. In fact they confirmed they had no such policy where they would deny custom to anyone bringing in branded cups from elsewhere.Beware!

Was verbally assaulted by one of the staff called ‘Sami’ who was aggressive and rude to me and my friend who were there with our children all because I dared to walk in with a Starbucks coffee… despite us queuing to order drinks and food from Costa. Sad pathetic little boy trying to play the big man. Complaint made.. let’s see what happens and if they actually listen to these recent comments.

Music far too loud. It's a coffee shop not a disco. Not somewhere to sit and relax. Coffee pretty standard for Costa and food the same.

Yes, it’s a costa, what do you expect? well today i didn’t expect a lovely meme we of staff to remember me (i’m not a regular customer) and my drink order, i also didn’t expect how friendly the staff were towards me. i work local and (years ago) used to go to school locally and i’m confident in saying it’s definitely gotten better over the years and, genuinely, all the staff i’ve ever had the pleasure of having a real conversation with are lovely. unfortunately i don’t remember her name but the lady that served me today was so nice it put me in the best mood before work, thank you :) (sn: costa isn’t as expensive as most make it out to be)
