I mean, pure utter useless this lot. Every time I’ve used this place, the order is wrong somehow. Even had a bun without the actual chicken fillet in once. Do yourself a favour, if you want a kfc go to the one in Denham or Uxbridge, at least they can get it right.

I ordered two buckets for one through Deliveroo and we were given 4 leg pieces for the original chicken pieces. If there was an option not to go for leg pieces I would have taken it!!

Family feast... well not really. More family bin it. Chicken parts in one bucket?? All chicken backs and dark brown! Change the oil people!!! What a disappointment... used to love KFC... it started getting worse every week. Today was the last time we went there. No more KFC on Saturday evening.Hey, KFC managers do your job!

Dirtiest place ever I've been just once to this place was waiting for my order and I seen it that one of their employee was cleaning without wearing gloves and the moping tub was so dirty that you will wash your face and hand after passing from that tub. Really they need to maintain basic hygiene. And the I don't know the name of the manager over there but he was literally shouting on female employees and it looks like employees getting tortured. It seems from his behavior that he doesn't have any sense to talking with his staff.And even they gave me wrong food as well. Really wrost experience from this branch.

£14 for 6 pieces of dry overcooked chicken and undercooked chips that look disgusting. Hardly “bang for your buck”. Disgusting. Service leaves a lot to be desired as well, I feel like a burden just for picking up my order. It always make me laugh when I get the option to “dine in”

waited 20 mins for the food to come out. Opened once home to eat and the chicken was burnt and looks like the oil has not been changed for a long time and the chips were soggy and brown. everything went in the bin! The shop was dirty and greasy. Avoid at all costs

Although I typically don't write reviews for fast-food places, I feel compelled to make an exception this time. The ladies working at this particular fast-food establishment were absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. Kudos to them for going above and beyond in their service!

Looked unsanitary and seemed understaffed. Needs a revamp and to be kept looking a little bit more like somewhere you would want to return to. At the moment that isn't the case.
Annoyed and upset! Ordered via Uber, half the order missing (reoccurring theme) and what’s more annoying is they send out half of a combo meal without the chicken. They never pick up the phone either. Killed over an hr of my time.Drove down there as I have a son with special needs who was hungry and will not eat anything else once something is agreed with him, could have dealt with him much easier had i known earlier. I was told they ran out of Popcorn chicken and few other bits. No effort made to let me know and was simply told to request refund. These guys are chancers, they send half of the combo meal out hoping you don’t follow through with the refund and they get to charge you full price for half the food. Staff could not careless, and Uber really should intervene better!

Walked in place felt dirty and then ordered my food, the person in front of me asked for to breast of chicken and then he checked to make sure he got it, one was small and burnt and asked it to be changed, the staff member then changed it and put it back in with all the other chicken pieces after the customer touched it and he grabbed it with his hands, this please needs some hygiene lessons

Extremely disappointing!! Waited for 30 mins on a Friday evening in a queue and the gentleman who took the order ( wasn't trained) messed up.Appoint and train more staff . Hope the management will act fast
