£10.99 for a small tasteless kebab!? This is probably the worst tasteless kebab I have ever had in my life. I feel sorry for the people of Rickmansworth! The place was full of travellers which sums up this place.

I saw the doner kebab from afar and wanted to try it because I realized it was real doner. It wasn't one of those frozen doner kebabs like in central London. We immediately started chatting with Alparslan and he wanted to buy me one, I tried it and I gave everyone around me a bite and everyone wanted to eat. As a Turk I can say this is the best doner kebab I've had in the UK. Thank you Alparslan and well done ?

Came here as the Mangal I usually go to closed early for some reason. Prices are extortionate for what you’re getting and food is below average at best and horrendous at worst. No flavour whatsoever and extremely bland. Cant believe I just got charged around £12 for food which majority of went into the bin. If you’re going to charge extortionate prices, atleast make an effort to make the food you cook delicious and fresh to eat. My meal felt as though it was reheated. Just hoping to god I don’t get food poisoning as I have read a similar review with the same outcome. I would definitely avoid this place and would not recommend. And yes I do have the correct Mangal so please do not insult me by responding with that.

Bad experience, very rudeBought 3 wraps and they handle the food with bare hands, the guy was sticking his fingers in the wrap when making it, I asked them why they don't wear gloves, the answer was "my friend, we never wear gloves, people have allergies at latex", seriously? On top of all this, £34 for 3 takeaway wraps with 4 cubes of chicken and a bit of salad, this place is a joke! Never again

Great turkish food. I advise you to order the mixed grill. The chicken shish melts in your mouth and compliments the garlic sauce very well. The only two bits to improve on for me:Service - this can be improved and staff can be more friendly, I appreciate they are busy but good customer service should always be maintained l.Seating area - I would really like it if they had space to sit down and eat they only have 4 pop up chairs. Owner please look for more seating arrangements.

I don’t know why this place inspires so much loyalty, it had a 1 star out of 5 hygiene rating until recently and every time i’ve eaten here (three times in the last two years) it’s made me unwell. They can’t get an order correct when made over the phone and what kind of kebab shop doesn’t do cheesy chips. Also, 12.99 for a chicken wrap that gave me food poisoning? What are your prices ????Edit: of course you act like i’ve gone to the ‘wrong’ mangal, i live on the road your shops on, i’m reviewing the right shop.
