Luke warm pizza. Lacking thw proper amount of ingredients.Not an American Papa John's franchise with standards that an American would expect. Sub standard. Franchise should be investigated by head office and closed.

I used to give this pizzeria a 5-star rating, but after the recent few orders, I'm disappointed. We noticed a probable change in management, and it was a big mistake. Communicating with the new manager is difficult due to a language barrier. Once again, we asked for a change in sauces and received the wrong ones, plus we ordered two additional ones that they forgot to deliver. After a phone call, he initially said they would deliver them shortly, but later mentioned that he would send us four extra sauces with the next order, without specifying how he would remember that. Unfortunately, it might be time to change pizzerias; even the wait time for the pizza has increased.

Rude staff, ending the phone call on me when I’m asking where my pizza is after it being on ‘checking and cutting’ for 50 minutes. Phoned twice and BOTH times they ended the phone call. It’s been an hour and 40 minutes and still no pizza - even though it’s a 5/10 minute drive down the road so I asked to collect but instead the staff ended the phone call. Will never be ordering from here again. Dominos it is next time ??

I placed an order for several pizzas, one of which was a 'Choose Your Own Toppings' option. Regrettably, it became evident that onions had been added to this particular pizza when they should not have been. This oversight was only realized after someone in my family had already eaten a slice. Unfortunately, the individual in question has an intolerance to onions.Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager acknowledged the mistake and expressed apologies. I requested a refund for the affected pizza, but to my disappointment, the manager refused. Instead, I was offered the option to collect any replacement pizza of my choice.Considering the family meal was already compromised, I was hesitant to further inconvenience myself by going out to collect another pizza. Additionally, the individual who consumed the slice of pizza was no longer willing to eat, concerned about potential digestive issues from the onion intake.Despite explaining my preference for a refund rather than a replacement, the manager eventually agreed to process a refund. However, upon reviewing my bank records, I discovered that the restaurant had charged me the full amount for the pizza order. This was despite the manager's agreement to process a refund.

Delivery was over 40 mins late, when phoned up just got told it is what it is due to the driver having other deliveries first.
