They don't bother to answer the phone. After 10 attempts, they finally picked up and left the phone off the hook. I have up after 8 minutes. Useless.

Very rude people at the desk!!I bought a veggie pizza for my son and daughter ( 2&5 years old) and then realised at home that they put chilli and was very spicy, At this point, I just thought that it was a simple mistake, so I called and someone told me to get back to get another one. However when I came back there was another guy that said that he is not going to change it, he just said that the veggie pizza are not supposed to be spicy and it was my problem if we don't want to eat it... very disgraceful and rude people.

The food was on time, hot, well presented and absolutely delicious. The mozzarella ball crust is incredible - so worth the extra money.

Tried to place an order online, the website said something was wrong and ask me to call. I called, the guy took 15 minutes to understand what I was saying, making long silent pauses. After that, I started gave my card number, then he start saying that my voice was cutting, and ask me to call again. I call again and he didn't pick up. I call one more time and he pick up pretending that he didn't remember who it was, and then he said was closing time and he can't take any orders. That was before 11 o'clock, but anyway I was trying order since 10:40, he probably make me hung up and call again to look like a new order. Suppose to be a nice dinner with my partner, and we ended up going to bed hungry. Amazing service, congrats. I'll never try again.

Patronised this place via UberEats, and must say they are by far and away some of the worst people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They accepted my order knowing full well they didn’t have items that I had asked for. When I asked for a refund they refused stating that as they’d offered me an alternative product, they’d done all they needed to do. The arrogance of the staff was scary and customer service was none existent as they put the phone down on me multiple times and tried to tell me that I didn’t know the law. They even called me stupid! Safe to say I will NEVER EVER use this eatery again. I am honestly surprised they are still in business.

Pizza had hardly any toppings garlic bread with cheese was almost cheeseless, Ham and Mushroom pizza had 3 mushroom slices in total. Stick with farmhouse I think.

My favourite “Garlic Bread and Cheese” is non-existent on the Delivery Menu and the “Cheesy Garlic Tear & Share” is not for me nor makes a good substitute.? How disappointing! ?

Quick and easy to order at a specific time and they bring the PIZZAS to the car as there's not a lot of sage parking
