I tried to contact through call. Staff is lifting my call but keeping it aside. Better cut off your telephone as you can’t even answer the call’s. This is very bad

Actively rude staff, with zero attempt at customer service; who then stood passively by like utter zombies when another customer started kicking off at *me* because they hadn't authorised my pump. She ended up volleying missiles at me from her car right there on the forecourt and CALLED UP HER FAMILY to come 'represent'... which they soon did!All of which the clown attendants turned a blind eye to. Avoid at all costs. It's an utter shitstain of a petrol station.

The staff are great, I'm an Electric Vehicle user and this station has a Allego fast charging station. Sadly this station is very often "broken" or not operating. This is clearly a missed opportunity for this business as the number of EV users are growing in the area and need fast charging facilities.
