Thanks very much Katrina who we couldn’t believe you’d only been in the restaurant role for three weeks. Nice little restaurant and I always forget that you need to book restaurants and walk ins are not always possible.These guys always make a nice effort when it's somebody's birthday and don't even question when you say they're twins. (no really they are even though they don't look the same) ?

Zaza Rickmansworth food quality has dropped significantly over the years, further compounded by the attitude of the hostess. A shame as this use to be a nice dining experience.

Don't often visit, but I'm never disappointed when I do!This is a cosy restaurant with 3 separate dining areas. Candles on the table in the evening and a menu of broadly containing meats, salads, pastas, pizzas and risotto.I went for the gardino pizza; it's enormous. My friend had the calzone - you certainly won't go hungry in this restaurant!We had a brilliant waiter. He did things like check the timings/order of food arrival, he was aware of our glasses reaching empty and quick to assist.Its a lovely atmosphere. Definitely recommend a visit if you haven't been.Parking: Parking is available around the corner behind Maurizios restaurant. Its free in the evenings.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant has tight access through 2 doors and steps.There are also tight awkward stairs that go round a corner and merge, so a challenge for the less mobile.

Lovely, attentive wait staff. The ambience of the restaurant is nice. Drinks including wine and cocktails were good. However for the price the food was extremely disappointing. The starters were pretty bland and tasteless but worst was the pasta dishes which lacked any real flavour.
