One of the best all day breakfast ever had. Quality food, freshly cooked to order while watching. Great price. Our dog was welcomed inside. Very friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This review only relates to the coffee, which I tried after reading very positive reviews on Facebook. Sadly my experience was very different, poor quality coffee made badly on low quality equipment. I ordered a flat white and what I got can be seen in the photo.

Sat at an outside table with friends in the sun and sheltered from any wind.Very good 'Hot Numbers' coffee and quite prompt and polite service.Regular clientele shows how popular this cafe is and the food menu appears to be very popular too.Would visit again and take visitors to Royston there too.

Always a pleasure to visit this precious traditional cafe in the Old Corn Exchange. Great service, fun conversation and delicious morsels. A delight.

First the place isn't clean ! The older lady who was cooking seems to have a phlegmy chest and was coughing constantly whilst cooking the food. Hence why I left most of it. Whoever gave this place a 5 on the hygiene rating, needs to come back and do a spot check. Also never saw the lady who was coughing was her hands once !

Attend regularly with my mother. Friendly cafe that (as Ronseal used to say) does what it says on the tin.

Brilliant service and staff
Very nice cafe, very good value and dog friendly
V busy on Saturday. Lovely to sit in the courtyard in the sun. No choice in breads for breakfast though
