We had a quick pit stop on our journey and the staff were super friendly & helpful.We wish all McDonald’s staff at different places were so inactive as these guys & girls are!Had coffee, breakfast and some other things.

When we first walked in on our way home from Luton, we were greeted by the manager squawking orders at everyone working behind the counter, doing very little herself. There seemed to be little appreciation for the customers coming in who might want to hear anything other than her voice. After ordering and collecting my food I noticed that there were none of the trademark sauce stations to get little cups of ketchup or BBQ sauce. I headed up to the counter where I was noticed, and the manager asked an individual to serve. I politely asked for some ketchup where this individual very bluntly and rudely told me to ask his colleague who was already very busy. This individual then dawdled straight past the area where sauce is kept and carried on with whatever benign task he was doing to pretend to look busy. I don't think I've ever experienced such an experience in McDonalds where staff are usually more than happy to accommodate where they can. The experience in general has single handedly put me off coming back in the future and I'd suggest avoiding it and going to the next nearest location on your journey.

Considering we descended on them with 28 hungry students they were able to feed us all very quickly. There was a lovely guy checking we were all happy and had all we needed.

This branch gets very busy at peak times. No doubt the manager(s) on shift at the time make a very big difference to the efficiency and thereby the experience of each customer. Expect queues.Beyond that, the normal Mickie's experience abounds; poor quality, tasteless junk food that fills a hole on a journey. I think the chicken 'selects' I received were actually made from recycled rubber bands.Were it not for the EV chargers outside we would have driven straight past.Parking: Instavolt EV chargers x3 on site

The chips especially were cooked to my liking - I guess I got lucky with the batch with no salt! Chicken selects were delicious, the meat nice and juicy and the coating just falling off the meat. I'd say the only let down was my promo flavoured latte didn't taste very
I eat at MacDonalds every so often, sorry not weekly, but the Burgers we ordered on ThursdayOctober 19th was cooked and served to perfection. We all remarked that if they took pictures for advertising these would be the ones. I also made sure I mentioned it to the boss on duty. Just great ?

It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The fries were not very nice so we didn't eat them. It tends to be a lucky dip if they're good or not.

I love McDonald's, if you want a burger they can't be beaten, in my opinion. I've tried five guys and burger King, neither come near. I'm 58 and have been eating fast food for a long time.
