What a delightful B&B! Set in peaceful and private surroundings, this two-roomed B&B offers a perfect overnight stay close to Cambridge with excellent travel options nearby. We stayed in the spacious upstairs room with equally spacious adjoining bathroom for 3 nights, and we’re so pleased we did. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything we needed for our stay, including fridge and fan (it was hot weather!), and a well-stocked hospitality tray.An exceptional breakfast was cooked-to-order each morning by the hostess, Hazel, with plenty of cold options on offer too.Hazel and Geoff welcomed us into their lovely home with open arms, and for that we must say thank you.Highly recommended!Nearby activities: Shepreth Wildlife Park is excellent and well worth a visit (a 10 minute walk from the B&B).Food & drinks: Highly recommend The Green Man Shepreth, just a short drive away from the B&B.

This delightful b&b is set in tranquil surroundings on the Wimbush Manor estate. In the evening I encountered a red deer and rabbits cantering about. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The ground floor room was elegantly presented and very clean . It consisted of a double and single bed, the mattress was sumptuous and I had a fantastic sleep in the quiet grounds. Everything you need for your stay over , even a table and chairs set out in the rear garden with access from my room (number3). Breakfast was presented with a variety of cereals and toast, full English cooked to perfection. I felt like an old friend to the host , and would not hesitate to stay here again. Very close to Shepreth Wild Animal Park . RSPB Fowlmere was on my way home.

What a find! We unfortunately we're in the area for a funeral and stayed one night. The quiet ensuite room was spacious and immaculately clean and furnished well - it had everything you would need including a small fridge. Lovely house with great private garden. Hazel, the owner was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. The cooked breakfast was really good; great quality and more than enough. We are both gluten free (coeliac) and she ensured that everything including the sausages was gluten free. If in the area again we would definitely stay there! Thank you Hazel.

My sister and I were going to a wedding nearby, so just wanted somewhere to stay for the night. This was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, massive bathroom and a lovely breakfast. All run by the owner, Hazel, who was charming. Could not recommend this place more!

Impeccable house and attentive reception. Lovely comfortable bed and adjoining large private bathroom with both bath and shower. Nice to have small sofa to watch tv as I unexpectedly had to spend more time at the property than I'd planned. Breakfast was perfect. Hosts very friendly and I felt at home. Bring slippers :) (Location is rural so plan accordingly )

Paid for two nights, didn't want to stay the second night as host was rude and unwelcoming. Property was difficult to find.

Didn't get to stay. I'd booked a room for 3 people to pay at the property. Didn't get an email confirmation so rang the property 48 hours before. I asked whether I had a room booked to which she replied "You should know" She confirmed she recognised my name and confirmed the booking. On the night in question we rang to get directions as we'd arrived in Shepreth and she completely denied any booking despite me recognising her voice on the phone! She is obviously only interested in people who have paid up front or not late booking in, it was around 20.50-completely left in the lurch as to our nights sleep.

Hazel was an extremely helpful landlady, with lots of local tips. Nice room with its own door, T&C tray with biscuits.Didn't try the TV as the free WiFi meant I could do other things.Only 2 rooms, and rather hard to find — on entering Manor Farm Estate keep straight ahead and eventually you will find kerbside signs to direct you.

We booked for one night, very last minute. As a family of 5 it can be tricky to find b&bs that work for us and we usually end up in a Holiday Inn but we’re so glad Hazel could fit us in. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly need, the little cookies were a very nice touch! Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order and everyone was very happy. We couldn’t recommend The Coach House more, definitely worth a visit if you need somewhere to stay in the area.

Stayed there for 3 nights and what a fantastic place to stay. Without doubt the best B & B we have ever stayed in. We stayed in the annex with is just superb. Everything is so well organised, so clean. The breakfast was excellent, so freshly cooked and hot and presented. Nothing was too much trouble for Hazel and we can only say Thank You.
