3 out of 4 meals were wrong. Food was of poor quality. Packet cheap ham with 9 chips smaller than my little finger. Took it back where the new manager was very rude. I ordered a jacket potato believe it or not it came with cubes of mozzarella cheese I was expecting grated cheddar. And no butter very dry . Another meal completely tasteless and missing an ingredient. Won’t be using the place again.

Excellent value for money, it's always clean and warm in there, staff pleasant, very occasionally there maybe something not available but always a good standby.Parking: 500 yards from a big public car park next to Town Hall. Not expensive.

Went to spoons Thursday and had my usual burger and chips and it was the best I've ever had the burger was cooked nicely the salad was nice and so was the chips and even the bum was toasted full marks today hopefully it's a new chefKid-friendliness: It's a nice place for children to come and eatWheelchair accessibility: There is good access for wheelchair people

Don’t get me wrong I love a spoons and this one’s no exception. Great products, great prices and great service especially with the app BUT no dogs allowed!!! Come on Tim. Don’t be such an a’hole. I can watch tramps fighting but I can’t bring my dog in. Really?

Food we had was very nice. However, quite a few items weren't available from the menu. Ie all beef burgers, it was curry Thursday and a number of curries weren't available. Various drinks including bottles of water weren't available. The food we eventually had to settle on was very good but not our first and in some cases not even our second choice either. Also felt very sorry for one member of staff who was trying to serve behind the bar and sort out food orders on her own as her other colleague's were at lunch! This was just after midday. Surely they shouldn't be on lunch at that time of day. It was starting to get very busy.
