British • “Lovely roast dinner for two. Left it too late to book (do not make the same mistake as it is obviously popular) . However, helpful staff said pop by and we will try to fit you in. Found us a perfect table. Ample size, perfectly cooked meat and vegetables. Friendly good customer service. Excellent value for money compared with other local restaurants. Now going to be a regular visit.”
British • “We came for a late lunch on Sunday 5th November for my sons birthday and was served by the lovely Chrissy. The food was delicious and the service we received from Chrissy beyond amazing. A friendly, bubbly and friendly person. We would 100% return for food and good service :)Kid-friendliness: Great choice of food for kids.”
British • “Went on the off chance really. Glad I did- I had seafood platter and a glass of wine, cost £20 so good value. 3 large cod dijons ( yum ) scampi , calamari and chips , could not finish it all. Decent wine to go with it. I don’t live in St Albans but next time I’m here I will be back .”
British • “Come here for bottomless brunch, menu is very good with options to add upgrades. The food was very tasty and the service was impeccable. Our sever Beth was quick with getting our drinks orders and the drinks to us, had Prosecco on the table which was replaced each time the bottle was empty. Cocktails were stronggggg. Good atmosphere. One of the better bottomless brunches I’ve done would deffo recommend :)”
British • “Been here a few times in the past and never overwhelmed by the food or service….But went in recently and was delighted to be served by smart , well spoken, polite, helpful staff… it was so refreshingly different from other places…… so well done all the staff at Bill’s !!Food was very nice too !”
British • “We reserved a table in the bar area as we were bringing our dog. The table was set up for us with a water bowl for the dog. We had excellent sevice from James. Our food and drink arrived promptly. We can recommend the pizzas and Spaghetti Bolognese. The mini deserts are not too small - if you have space the (fresh) doughnuts and chocolate sauce are very nice.If there's any complaint it's that the bar area, being near the door, is not warm.”

“We went to Lussmans for my Birthday lunch with friends. The waiting staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We all had the 3 course set menu and it was delicious. I was given a bunch of flowers and they even gave me some water to keep them in until we had finished our meal!Vegetarian options: Aubergine risotto was vegan but I ordered halloumi as an extra option. Really delicious”
