Just had a wonderful experience in Wheathampstead. On arrival was met by a lovely gentleman who seated us. We were then looked after by Gill and was not disappointed. Gill recommended food and wine choices. She was wonderful and attentive whilst also managing other tables. Been to Bedford and Essex Millar and Carters, the service in Wheathampstead was so much better and we will definitely be visiting again. Thankyou for a most enjoyable evening Ange

Katie at the Wheathampstead branch could not have done more to make our experience brilliant if she tried. She was hard working, diligent and even spotted a minor kitchen error in our order and corrected it before we could notice it ourselves!Venue was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious. We will hope to be back soon.

Nice place! Very comfortable and elegant decorated pub. The staff was nice. The food: we selected the option of three courses per 19,50£. It is good quantity and good quality. It was a pitty but the burgers were overcooked, very welldone! It was difficult to eat. The entry and the dessert was tasty and good.

Staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was fabulous. There wasn’t one criticism from any of us. It was cooked so well, full of flavour and hot. I don’t normally leave feedback but had to on this occasion.
