I was at the petrol pump on the 19th of August Saturday morning between7:30 and 7:45 ish.There was a gentleman before me who was having some difficulty with using the car wash service for his white van. The staff member was very rude and was calling the individual customer idiot, stupid if he doesn’t know how to use the car wash. The older man has been extremely rude on several occasions. Today I went to post a parcel at 5.20PM and he refused to take my parcel as Royal Mail we’re at the shop collecting parcels. The post office times clearly listed in the shop are 8:00-18:00????

Paid for fuel via app and then went in to post a parcel, would not serve me until he served other customers. Great for fuel if don’t have to deal with the staff but with staff like that it’s not difficult to see why it’s such a poorly rated business.
