Paid for fuel via app and then went in to post a parcel, would not serve me until he served other customers. Great for fuel if don’t have to deal with the staff but with staff like that it’s not difficult to see why it’s such a poorly rated business.

I was at the petrol pump on the 19th of August Saturday morning between7:30 and 7:45 ish.There was a gentleman before me who was having some difficulty with using the car wash service for his white van. The staff member was very rude and was calling the individual customer idiot, stupid if he doesn’t know how to use the car wash. Why was he there.The shop assistant is call Deva I believe he is but older than the rest of the people who I seen works there. if I can remember on my top of head I did ask another member of staff on the day as it’s my local petrol pump.He is very rude, previously I have tried to post things with him was being rude. Also every time he is in i try to top up my pay point cards for gas and electricity he always says not working. Even though when I come on the same day and ask an another member of staff they do it for me.Even on Saturday on the day he was swearing at the customer to me unbelievable service disappointing.If investigation is done the manager can see everything on the camera on the day also if you have a voice recording by the main entrance you can hear it too.

The older man has been extremely rude on several occasions. Today I went to post a parcel at 5.20PM and he refused to take my parcel as Royal Mail we’re at the shop collecting parcels. The post office times clearly listed in the shop are 8:00-18:00????

Supposed to be a 24h convenience store yet they lock the doors and will only serve you through the window so you’re unable to look around for items you want / may need.Then if you ask to enter you’re treated like a drunk with complete ignorance.“Because they can’t be bothered”Find a new job
What a shocker tonight. Just simply tried to buy a stamp from the 24hr store and told didn't have any. Post Office right there with loads of stamps but told didn't know anything about that. When Shell took over the Post Office it was also 24hr. Even so all I needed was a single stamp and the sales assistant said he was not qualified to sell them. Shambolic and won't be visiting this place again.

Use the car wash at your peril. I've just had a protracted email conversation with the Motor Fuel Group who denied that their car wash had done it and pointed out that they have liability disclaimer too so you can't claim for the damage. Avoid at all costs.

promo for the car wash , buy three washes get the fourth free . i was dumb enough to do this the free one was a disaster . came out dirtier than it went in , no dryer what so ever . ask the staff what"s going on . total blank face , won"t be using this garage ever again , period . what a con
