The staff were willing to do all they could to meet my needs as a disabled visitor, the staff were warm and friendly and courteous no matter what time of day or night.even when I locked myself out of my room.

This was the second time, visiting different hotels, that I was disappointed by a number of small things not being up to the usual standard. I am beginning to loose faith in Premier Inns as my go-to hotel chain.

In the past I have always used used Premier Inns when travelling on short breaks as they have always been very good. However be aware that at Stevenage North the catering is table service not buffet style you may be used to.

The gurgling from the bath , several times a night kept us awake , it was clean water that smelt of sewage!! We stayed 2 nights reported it but nothing was done and we won’t be back . Also view from window was a partial brick wall with no daylight . We often stayed at premier inns but never again

Absolutely terrible, no restaurant for two weeks now, they offer a meal deal with the rooms then when you book and arrive there is no food on, dont waste your money at this hotel, the holiday Inn is much better value for money

Unless of course you are willing to see the dirt come out and are not allergic to dust. Overall the beds are good and comfortable and offer a good sleep if you can reach your room since both lifts are broken. I don't think I will be coming back

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and I had a great nights sleep. The hotel was close to the main road and a 5 minute walk to the cinema and restaurants. It was also a short drive to Stevenage station.

Fab premier inn with much needed aircon. Booked dinner and had curry which was much better than expected. Only paid £1 for sons kids meal as offer currently on. All staff are super friendly, can't do enough for you. Great location to visit London, lots around hotel including bowling, cinema, crazy golf. Also loads of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the better premier inns

The Stevenage Central branch has a large communal car parking space. Due to its location, it is a very popular venue for traders and if you arrive late, you may find it overwhelmingly taken over by a fleet of white vans of all sizes. They usually need to take two car spaces to park. Probably due to the time of year I used it last, there were also quite a few family cars on their way to summer vacation and so when I arrived late that evening, I knew that I would not find an available car space easily. What I did not anticipate, is the fact that 4 normal size cars had been left by inconsiderate owners diagonally across two car parking spaces. I was left with only one option which left me to use a grassy spot in one corner of the car park as I would not use a disabled space. I went in the hotel and shared my predicament with the reception staff who was very unhelpful and provided only the assurance that he would feed this back to management but…that this would probably would change the situation going forward. I suggested that he could always ask the inconsiderate guests to park their cars again, to free up a space and was told that they would not want to do that. Presumably, because these days, post Covid, people have become so self-serving, selfish and conceited that service staffs fear for their safety if they ever dare to confront egocentric behaviour. In the end, I a lonely middle aged woman, was left to feel unwelcome, vulnerable in trying to use the car park in a way that was safe for me and my car. I had no customer service.

Lovely quiet rooms , but the thing that stood out for me was the fact it was my first time travelling with my toddler on my own and the lady in the restaurant at breakfast couldn't have been more helpful. My son was being a typical toddler at breakfast and it was a little bit of a challenge to make sure he was okay whilst I got our breakfast/ his drinks and sorted things out. I should have got her name but the lady offered to go get our drinks for me so I didn't have to, she got him some colouring and when she noticed we hadn't eaten too much because he was monkeying about she offered to give us a take away box to take some bits with us so we could hit the road for our travels. Although it seems so small these gestures made such a difference in making my morning that little bit easier. Thank you so much for your help I'll definitely be back.

We come here all the time I visit family it’s within walking distance to my families house. It’s also in walking distance to the leisure park and the town centre

It's a decent Premier Inn, one of the few where the staff are still polite and friendly and it feels like they care.\\nThe rooms are decent, standard fair for a Premier Inn, but they aren't the newest rooms.\\nThe location is perfect if you're visiting the Wine Society for dinner.

My family and I booked into the Premier Inn on 16 December for two nights. We had to extend our stay for a further two nights. Staff were amazing, a special thank you to Georgina who went that extra mile for us. Food was great and rooms were very clean.
