Disgusting service by store manager Sara. I ordered American hot and cheeseburger. I always order domino's and this time I did not expect the quality and the service I got. I was told by store manager Sara that American hot does come with mushroom and sweetcom but on websites it doesn't. I'm allergic to mushroom and I call to let say that pizza is wrong. Firstly she's being extremely rude and when she realised that she's wrong she hanged the phone on me.

I never fought I'd find a dominos as bad as hoddesdon but this one is just as bad. First time I've ordered from cheshunt one and it just soaked in so much sauce that it just uneatable. I took one bite and chucked it in the bin. Won't be order again from here I'd rather drive to Harlow where the dominos is

My Italian Crust was undercooked. Apparently, I'm supposed to eat it this way because this is how it comes - I'm already eating a pizza that is overdone on top, but could tolerate that - This is what I was told by the manager. He was rude, dismissive, unhelpful. He did offer to do another, but let me know that it would be the same and then I would not get a refund. I opted for the refund, but as I had ordered online, I had to get my refund online - it's the law, but it came through promptly the next day. Complained and got lectured about how Domino Italian Crusts are made and the perfect temperature of their ovens, which in Cheshunt Domino's means solid cheese and undercooked Italian Crusts... apparently.

I ordered 3 pizzas and only received one after telling me they will only be 10 minutes to pick up my other 2 pizzas I was waiting half hour and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional towards me I would recommend not getting pizzas from this place as I will never again

Dominos is normally a really solid option for any night out. But the cheshunt branch always seems to screw it up. Been in store a few times and they get the order wrong every time, either missing items out or giving the wrong ones.

Pizza had a weird shape as though someone had cut a piece out. It tasted good but I won’t be adding burger sauce as a topping anytime soon!

Waited a long time. Pizza was sitting on the side getting cold!!! Finally they realised. Could have got a larger pizza from a competitor for less money though.
