This branch has it's ups and downs and things can go wrong, hence the reason they were closed for a short time. However, having been in lately, service has been very fast and well stocked. Staff are doing a grand job. Keep it up ?

Its okay, just isn't big enough and like most of Waltham cross in general, it's gone down the pan.
I go here almost all the time. Today i ordered a Hot chocolate and every other time they have made it with milk but today they decided to make it with water ( which was boiling hot ) and i burnt my tongue. I am incredibly upset and my tongue is in pain because of how hot my drink was. Why would you make hot chocolate with water? or maybe you should care to ask "would you like it with milk or water". At least when i went back there one of the kind workers there offered to re-make my drink. Hopefully when I go here the next time i don't burn my tongue
