It’s my local “convenience” store and I visit the store a lot. There are a number of things that bother me surrounding the evening delivery processes. On many occasions there are Ambient pallets approx 3 blocking several bays mainly brioche bread & ambient cakes. Not only does it make it impossible to shop these areas but it’s not safe either? Tonight those said pallets were 3/4 worked making them low and a trip hazard. Also it seems that the standard practice is to stack all the new cases of product in the aisles blocking the bottom 2 shelves making them unshoppable? (Tonight approx 7.55pm). Just seems like very inefficient “non retail” type of practice as nobody was working this stock? Still 2 hours trade left can’t shop comfortably? No fresh milk tonight at all of any type,I understand this could be a supplier issue but no signage?First time I’m leaving a review and can only echo’s others experiences of customer service wait times, often seems like too many idle staff on self checkout when could be re-deployed to other areas? Just my honest perception.

We have been trying to get asda hero mixer for our dogs but all you have had for the last 4 weeks is 2 differant makes of small bite mixer. This is no good to us as we have large dogs. Are you going to order some for the store soon or an I going to have to go elsewhere. We also noticed that you no longer are selling bisto pork or lamb gravy. If this continues we will have to go to another supermarket as it is pointless using your store and coming out without a lot of shopping that we required.

Went in today to do my normal shopping, and had a few parcels to collect. Waited 20mins and the lady came out and said they were having problems finding some of the items. 45mins later they had found all my parcels after a bit of a nightmare. This was made so much better by a lovely lady called Christine who gave a me a little present for being so patient and understanding with her. She was lovely!!

Congratulations for the common sense and the sarcastic Security bloke (Jay or similar could't see his badge) who closed all doors downstairs at 9.30PM while people were still parked there. When questioned him about this ( while chatting with two colleagues, one sitting on the self scan machine) he said it's easy to get back down in the carpark if i will follow the foot path around the store(foot path not illuminated at this time) so had to use my phone torch. But what bothered me the most, on my way out he was sarcasticly shouting "HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, THANKS FOR SHOPPING AT ASDA!" Followed by wistle sounds. ?? Certainly very desperate for attention taking into consideration his actions. In conclusion if you want to be bullied on your own expense, try ASDA WARE! Very disappointing and humiliating, inexistent customer service, low standards due to poorly trained staff.

Plenty people on delivery bay but no one wants to take delivery, so I had to do the ramp for the bay and wait for someone to come and take the delivery. This is unacceptable, we drivers have a scheduled to maintain we can wait all day for the people to do come and do their job
