Our clinic with osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists and chiropodists located in Buntingford loved our evening out. The atmosphere was excellent and we loved joining in with the music. There are tables outside and you don't need reservations. Its a fun place for a group of friends to go to after work.

It is run by an Italian family and so they provide proepr Italian food. Very tasty food at reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Unit 2, 12a High St, WareI'm on an extended trip to England. This place is going to be a regular stop for me.
I had the rock eel and chips. Let me just say in the US we are missing out on this amazing protein and this one was cooked perfectly. I also had the cod/haddock on a previous visit. Also come very well.
The chips (fries for the uncultured Americans) are done the right was with a par cook and cool then second fry leaving them crisp and irresistible. The only recommendation would be for them to be salted hot instead of at the table but I get why it's not.
Also tried the oysters. Very good. It's fresh oysters. What can I say.
Definitely worth the stop if you here at mealtime.

The Nag's Head Indian Restaurant
The Ford, Chapel Ln, Little Hadham, WareAbsolutely sensational food, chefs signature dishes are phenomenal. My personal favourite is the Bombay lamb. We order a takeaway regularly but recently ate in the restaurant, the service was very efficient, staff are very polite and welcoming. We felt very well looked after and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend.

1 West St, WareLovely little Thai restaurant. Food was amazing. Between us we ate in and had take out tonight! Two of us couldn't make it to the restaurant so we ordered via deliveroo. Everyone in the restaurant enjoyed their meal and our take out was prepared and delivered quickly. I had a duck dish which had a whole duck breast. Chicken satay skewers were lovely and tender. Massaman curry was amazing.

They do the ever popular Classic fry up but lots of healthy alternatives that taste great.
I love how Sevda, Hazel and all the staff remember my order. Umut is amazing in the Kitchen, Cem and Damla are always great with the customers.

1-4 West St, WareI visited with a friend. She had a chicken and bacon salad which she has had a lot of times
I tried the beef and mash. It was very nice but quantity was poor. I still felt hungry so ended up having a dessert, lemon meringue pie, it was nice and size very good.

7 Amwell End, WareAfter reading reviews we went to the nearest KFC but found it had been taken over. On way back we decided to take the chance and called in to the Ware takeaway. As the QR code on the download menu didn't work we ordered when we got there. The girl that took our order was extreamy helpful and found our best deals. My piri-piri fries and spicy butterfly chicken were nice and flavoursome. Others had the fried chichen strips that were better than KFC so we were all very pleased we took the chance.
Parking: Street parking right outside shop. May have been lucky as it was 7pm

Currently serving Thai food, outside is a smallish but lovely beer garden with dining pods if the weathers not so great, also has a pool table and a fantastic log fire in the colder months!

140 Musley Hill, WareWe stumbled upon The Crooked Billet by chance while in the area, and we're so glad we did. This pub is a wonderful find. The welcome is warm, the service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is just right .
The beers are a real highlight. The Timothy Taylor Landlord is perfectly served and absolutely outstanding – just how a classic pint should be . They also have other great ales like Doombar .
The food is straightforward, delicious, and traditional. We had the beer-battered fish and chips, which was hot with crispy, non-greasy batter and perfect chips . The liver with mashed potatoes and vegetables was also cooked perfectly – a hard-to-find classic done right . The Sunday roast is also highly recommended, with perfect roast potatoes and plenty of gravy .
Whether you're meeting a friend for lunch or looking for a perfect evening meal with a great pint, this place is a winner. It's now our regular meeting spot. Thank you to Richard, Sally, and the whole team for another lovely evening !

Smashing Burger Co.
65 Watton Rd, WareI had the most amazing burger from smashingburgerco today. The gentleman that serve me gave the most outstanding customer service and when we returned to praise the quality of the food the owner gave us a complimentary WAGYU burger for us to try. I’ve never had anything like the quality of this meat before. I’ve seen the WAGYU meat but had no idea what it was!
Let’s just put it this way, I will follow these guys for a great meal out that I can’t cook at home. Thank you ?

My go-to's are their lamb doner and lamb kofte which are both delicious and always come with fresh pita's and delicious salads and a generous helping of chilli peppers. Very good value for money and good bunch of guys running it and great that they now take card payments as well as cash. Highly recommended!!

The Chefs Table Events
25 The Grn, WareRoger and his team catered for our wedding back in May 2025. The food on the day was absolutely amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests. The tasting experience beforehand was also fantastic, with a great range of options and generous portion sizes that really helped us finalise our menu.
On the day itself, everything ran smoothly and it was clear how much care went into making sure guests were happy and well-fed, they even made a point of continuing to feed people if anyone was still hungry. We would really recommend them to anyone looking for catering in the future!! THANK YOU!

3 East St, WareWe regularly use Wrights on a Friday because they are the best in the area. I was running a charity event with 85 fish and chip meals at the interval.
