I visited recently and was very happy with my experience in this shop. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. I noticed high standards of hygiene which, as I am quite particular about these things, was reassuring. The girl who made my wrap washed her hands before she started and other staff members were wiping surfaces and sweeping. The service was fast and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch or dinner.

Went in to collect food. Chaos in there, took more than 20 minutes with customers coming in and leaving with food whilst I waited. Young girl bagging up the chips sneezed into her hands and didn’t wash them after. Place is filthy. Chicken is bland, dry and not fresh. Avoid at all costs.

The food may have been ok if it had any heat. Really poor very disappointed can not understand why it was cold us we took the food as soon as it was handed to us and drove about 3 mins with it

Been ordering from here for the last 6 years never once had a bad order.again last night chips were hot,burger was spot on and the chicken is the best about.i can't understand all the recent negative reviews? 10/10

The chicken was so dry (over cooked) to being difficult to eat. The chips must of been a day old as they were inedible and as for the waffle that must of been a week old and went in the bin with the rest of the food.I will not use this place again. Absolutely awfulAvoid this place at all costs
Food fine. Delivery takes almost 2 hours. Ridiculous wait time for a bit of chicken. Never again.

Food was nice,the only negative is I won't order for delivery anymore as on 3 different occasions my order was wrong .1st occasion only part of the order arrived two main items was missing,2nd time certain items should have only had certain stuff on it yet when it arrived it wasn't so plus it was cold...almost like it had been sat for a long period of time,and given on that incident it had taken well over an hour to arrive,and on the 3rd occasion our fries was missing and milkshake was missing,So now if we eat there we always go and order and check and collect.

I ordered food ar 19:30, call at 21:06 to see where order was and told it had already left, called at 21:30 and told they would do it now and get it to me. I would suggest that they don't tell the truth and I would not order from them again as they do not delivered as asked and do not answer questions truthfully when asked. They are happy to take your order and money but not to keen to get the order to you.
