Went on 29th December 2023, my birthday... sibling was recommended by a work colleague as I had been a few years before, and unimpressed by £19 for Birds Eye Fishfingers, assured was better now, and indeed it was. 1 of us had to have 3rd choice, bad food planning. I never have chips, or anything greasy at home, so a lovely large Beefburger and trimmings was eaten with relish. Would have liked a shared plate of thin radishes, raw onions (optional !!) Tomatoes and pomegranate seeds as palate cleansers, the country pubs which are popular do lovely platters to share. Def would return, even go on my own. Xxx

I had the most amazing time on New Years Eve; booked for dinner, the food was lovely, the service was also good. The music was top notch, brilliant atmosphere and crowd. Thank you Punch House staff for a memorable New Years Eve! Xx

Just had a pint and my wife had a coffee and cake but it was lovely. As others have said, a light and airy decor and with classy Christmas decorations, nice comfy chairs. Spot on

Menu limited, service OK, overpriced for what you got.I had the pie, which was overcooked and dry. the other meal was a Korean burger, which was nice but served on a ridiculously small plate .

My friend and I go to the Punch House regularly after playing badminton and always find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The premises has recently been updated and provides comfortable seating inside and outside. The quality of the food is good and we certainly enjoy going there. Easy free parking

Table wonky. Told staff member who feebly attempted to shove a napkin under it but still couldn't sort it as he hadn't another table for us. Told him we would sort it, to which he agreed silently and just left. Weren't informed that we were to order at the bar so sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be served. The food was 55 minutes, we enquired 30 minutes of waiting and were told it was being plated up but then didn't get it for another 25 minutes. The chicken was dry and the rest of the food hard. Bland and flavourless. Do not recommend having a Sunday roast here. Would not eat here again.
