Boasting an excellent value for money with an unrivalled service, coming to the rainbow cafe is the highlight of my frequent trips to Hertfordshire from Devon. I visited today with my mum and autistic child for some breakfast, we left the restaurant shortly after our food,Just got round corner and my child started crying for her beefeater bear, she left in the restaurant do we went back to the store just 2 mins after and were we were the bear had dissapeared, and when asked staff they said they hadn't seen it but that's the only place we have been too as was going towards home,And they staffed said no one else has sat there since and when we said it and my child was the smerarked and laughed,Very dishonest and felt so hurt as it's one of my child's sensory toys my child lovedWon't be visit there againKid-friendliness: Upset my daughter
