Been coming to this store since the late 80s since it was open but sadly many of the good managers and staff have left!It's mostly well stocked but sadly the customer service let's it down.Had a very unfortunate encounter with a new manager called Tye.Here is what can happen.He will most likely if approached be quite dismissive and rude however be warned.If you have the nerve to complain about him he will personalise the issue and your shopping experience there will be very uncomfortable.Complaining to the other managers about him will also get you nowhere as they all support each other.It's really sad but the truth is when a store os so big and full of customers the customers themselves loose all value and some managers don't care and see the mass of people as very replaceable.If you are upset and leave they know new customers will replace you!Shopping at this store for over 30 years we have made friends with many staff.What we have been told by them in private is that Tye is not a good addition to the store and some have actually left because of it .Hopefully he will move on soon and we will feel welcome to go back to shopping there.To summarise the stock is quite good the staff are mostly nice and helpful with a few of them mostly managers and supervisors ruining the experience for the others.

Wouldn't normally write a review for a supermarket.Needed some baby formula last minute and was in a bit of a pickle, this is the closest 24hr shop.Without this Asda I'd have been in a spot of bother.Staff were super helpful too, even at 1am.

Just visited to collect my glasses at this Asda opticians.A staff here called Priya gave me abuse calling me a liar gave me extremely unpleasant experience. The story is she broke my frame just a few days before Christmas and due to delays I complained I should get my new lenses free. The manager agreed but today on collection this lady became abusive unfriendly telling me I had no right to ask for free lenses fitted and told me off calling me a liar several times. Dhiraj Ladwa Asda opticians customer for a long time. I'm now 66 and will have to give up coming here as I'm so upset.
We went to Asda late this eve but managed to get some help from Callum! Thank you for all your help and sorting out my online order. Great customer services, very informative and really friendly and smiley.P.S I managed to find some extra school clothes in the store as you suggested. Thanks again!
