What an absolutely fantastic team! Everyone with genuine smiles and a desire to help and make it a wonderful experience for us - thank you! Christian was amazing, so kind, patient and attentive to the needs of both juniors and seniors! The food was great and came super quickly! Thank you for a fab family experience! My younger niece especially loved the mac and cheese ?. She says: The kids activities were really fun, thank you for giving it to us. I really enjoyed it.

The table was sticky and the food arrived within minutes of being ordered, as expected it was bland and disappointing. My child didn't eat his Mac and cheese and my miniature pizza wasn't much better. This really was a waste of money even with the 30% cinema discount.

Excellent place and service! Our waiter Adrian was attentive and our food was lovely. The service was great and the team are a very friendly bunch. This is our nearest Frankie & Benny's as our local one in Uxbridge has been closed and it was well worth travelling the distance! Highly recommend! Thank you

The place is a mess. Not just the way it looks but also the organisation. Two children’s meals were ordered but it would seem that the poor understanding of English by the waiter resulting in one of the meals being delivered completely incorrect. It was re-ordered from the kitchen but took another 15 minutes to arrive. That is an awfully long time to flash a tiny pizza. Service generally was awful. Tables were left uncleared for the whole 45 minutes that we were present, and yet there were guests queuing to be seated. It was not a pleasant sensation and it perfectly illustrates why this chain is in such a suicidal decline in revenue and guest numbers. We won’t return.

We had to do a last minute birthday and were able to work with this location the day before we needed it. It worked out so well. They helped us with the cake they let us use their extra space. It saved our child’s birthday thank you so much!

We went yesterday to celebrate my son's birthday with his friends and few of their parents.we spent £200+ there.Found food was very basic and very expensive.most of all there was a man (who take orders and running here and there) who been very rude to our kids.not been helpful at all and shouting to our kids unnecessary.also there was two girls who been nice.i felt restuarent is not welcoming kids.Its made our stay quite stressful.very bad experience.never want to go back

Went last night to Watford and well it was the worst meal we have ever had the hot dogs were like trying to eat leather so we didn’t eat them the service was appalling kept waiting ages to be served desert which nearly made us late for our cinema slot all in all it was an awful experience and definitely not worth £86 that we paid we shall not be returning again
